澳洲食品进口知识—加强篇 IV—鸡鸭脖，鸡鸭翅，猪蹄等家禽类猪类进口条件
概述：

肉制品的进口到澳洲，基本都需要申请许可，澳洲华人对于国内的鸡鸭脖，鸡鸭脚和猪蹄类尤其喜爱，这些家禽类和猪类产品现在都是可以合法进口到澳洲的，只要满足相关进口条件。对于牛羊类，因为中国是口蹄疫国家，这些产品无法进口至澳洲，政府的许可也是不发放的，进口商也就没有必要去申请。
 
基本要求：

产品需要符合规定：
产品必须是retortedgoods ( 高温制成品)   ,retorted是指食品在高温(超过100度)加工后，产品处于密封状态，在室温下（无需冷藏）可以长期保存（最少六个月）。简单的真空包装不是retorted. 可以接受的包装有:金属罐，塑料罐，玻璃罐，金属塑料包装袋（例如：铝箔内层带有塑料外膜，触摸会有金属包装感，无需冷藏）。下面的两个图片，左面的是retortedpackaging,  右面的就不是了

申请许可的过程并不繁琐，只需要按照下面的链接就可以申请，政府需要进口商注册，然后网上付款。

申请许可费用和时间：
申请许可政府规定是两个月审核时间，有可能提前，要看政府的工作量，费用是300澳币左右，有效期是两年。

进口文件要求：

许可上会规定产品的进口条件，主要就是每次发货，海外政府（中国的进出口检疫局）要出一份产品健康证明( Health Certificate ) . 

健康证明( Health Certificate ) 上面要有以下内容：
1.      The product does not contain any bovine derivedmaterial (other than dairy ingredients, gelatin and/or collagen derived fromhides and skins),
2.      The product does not contain any ovine orcaprine derived material (other than dairy ingredients)
3.      A statement that the final product has beenretorted, and during the retorting process the product was heated to a minimumcore temperature of 100 °C, obtaining an F0 value of at least 2.8.
4.      A statement that the final product is importedin the hermetically sealed (airtight)container in which it was retorted. The hermetically sealed container isstamped or embossed with a permanent mark with:  
the identification number of themanufacturing establishment
the batch code
 
（简单翻译过来就是：产品里面不含牛成分，羊成分，产品有经过高温加工，达到最少100度，得到消毒值最少2.8，产品处于密封装，有产家标识和生产批号）
再强调一点，健康证明( Health Certificate ) 需要有consignment link ( 发票号码或者集装箱号码)
有了许可和合乎规定的健康证明，上述产品就可以直接清关，无需验货。
